JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Hiranmoy Bhattacharjee, being assisted by Mr. Tanmoy Mukherjee, learned Advocate representing the petitioner/plaintiff as also Mr. Kapil Chandra Sahoo, learned Advocate representing the opposite parties/defendants.

The revisional application, being C.O. 905 of 2016 under Article 227 has been directed assailing order No. 2 dated January 29, 2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Contail in Money Suit No. 02 of 2016 (Sri Kartik Chandra Chakraborty Vs. Sri Anukul Bhunia & Anr.).
