(1.) The cause title is corrected by stating that Swagatam Saha, proprietor of Sagar Creation is the alleged contemnor.

(2.) The department will carry out this amendment within 3 days of communication of this order.

(3.) This is an application alleging contempt of an interim order in a writ application passed on 20th February, 2014. The material part of the order is set out herein below:-
