JUDGEMENT

(1.) Though this matter is listed for extension of interim order, but by consent of the parties, the revisional application is taken up for final hearing.

(2.) This revisional application is directed against an order dated 30th August, 2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Sealdah in Ejectment Suit No. 23 of 2014, by which an application for taking off the suit from ex-parte board and acceptance of the written statement is rejected.

(3.) The aforesaid suit is filed by the plaintiff/opposite party against the petitioner for eviction, inter alia, on the ground of default and reasonable requirement.
