JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal will be heard on the following substantial questions of law:-

(2.) In Re:- SAT No. 328 of 2017 along with application for stay being CAN No. 8539 of 2017 filed on 30th August 2017.

(3.) After the appeal was admitted for hearing and when the application for stay was taken up for hearing, we were requested by the learned counsel appearing for the parties to dispose of the appeal itself on merits. We were also informed that all necessary papers, which are relevant for disposal of the appeal, are on record.
