JUDGEMENT

(1.) It appears that Paper books have not been prepared since 2008. As it appears that the appellant has served out the sentence, the matter is taken up for hearing today upon dispensing with preparation of Paper books.

(2.) Nobody appears on behalf of the appellant.

(3.) Ms. Minoti Gomes, learned advocate is requested to appear in the matter as Amicus Curiae.
