JUDGEMENT

(1.) Let the affidavit-of-service filed in court today be kept with the record.

(2.) Heard Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate for the petitioner and Ms. Alam for the respondents.

(3.) The petitioner who is the head constable of Central Industrial Security Force has been posted to Durgapur Steel Plant since March 27, 2014. As per the usual norms followed by the respondents the petitioner is liable to be transferred to a different place after completion of three years' stay at one station. He has, therefore, been transferred to Teesta Low Dam Project Stage-IV, Kalijhora, West Bengal on April 27, 2017. The problem for the petitioner is that his wife has been suffering from Chronic Renal Failure. She is undergoing dialysis twice a week with other attending complications.
