(2.) The appeal arises out of an order dated 15th December, 2016, passed by the learned Single Judge in W. P. 22763 (W) of 2016 (Salma Begum Vs. Barasat Municipality, North 24-Parganas & Ors.).

(3.) The appellant before us was the private respondent before the First Court.
