(1.) Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Perused the case diary.
(2.) The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that her client is not seeking for regular bail but is praying for interim bail so as to enable him to visit his ailing father.
(3.) On the other hand, the prayer for interim bail is vehemently opposed from the side of the State and it is submitted that as many as on three occasions, the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected on merit by this Hon'ble Court and once by the Hon'ble Apex Court. It is further submitted that the trial of the case is almost over and the matter is fixed for argument.
