JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present second Appeal is against the judgment and order dated, 30.05.1997 passed by the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Ghatal in Title Appeal No. 17 of 1996 whereby the aforesaid First Appellate Court set aside the judgment and decree of dismissal of the Suit passed by the erstwhile learned Munsif, Ghatal in T. S. No. 167 of 1994 and granted the reliefs as prayed for by the plaintiffs in the Suit.

(2.) Smt Durgabala Chakrahorty and two others who were the Defendants in the Suits are the Appellants and Hare Krishna Chakraborty and two others the Plaintiffs in the Suit, are the Respondents herein.
