(1.) In view of the good grounds shown by the appellants, the delay in preferring the appeal is condoned and the appeal is taken up for consideration.

(2.) Ga No.499 of 2017 stands disposed of.

(3.) The appellants seek to question the order impugned dated November 10, 2016, both on merits and on the ground that this Court did not have the territorial jurisdiction to entertain the respondents' petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
