(3.) The appeal arises out of a judgement and order dated 16th August, 2017, passed by a learned Single Judge in WP 21376 (W) of 2017 (Shyamlal Sukul vs. Hooghly Chinsurah Municipality & Ors.). The appellant before us was the private respondent no.6 before the writ Court.
