(1.) The three writ petitions involve common questions which are deeply connected to discovery of facts that can assist a just conclusion.
(2.) The three writ petitioners have all completed their respective degree courses in Sanskrit language, being the Bachelor of Arts (Hons) (for short BA) course under the Sanskrit College affiliated to the University of Calcutta. The petitioners were admitted to their respective degree courses after passing Uttar Madhyama Examination (for short the Intermediate examination) from the Vivekananda Veda Vidyalaya (for short the Vidyalaya) in the year 2010.
(3.) The main grievance in each of the writ petitions, which have been heard analogously, relates to the non-issuance in favour of each of the petitioners their respective registration certificates from the University of Calcutta (for short the University). In the absence of such registration certificates, each of the writ petitioners, who have been allowed to appear for their degree course examination from the Sanskrit College affiliated to the University, have, till date, not received either their degree mark sheets or their degree certificates.
