JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal will be heard.

(2.) By the impugned order, the plaintiff's prayer for injunction in respect of the 'A' schedule property was allowed. None of the defendants is aggrieved against the said order. The impugned order has not been challenged by any of the defendants before this Court. The plaintiff's prayer for injunction in respect of the 'B' schedule property was refused by the learned Trial Judge. Hence, the plaintiff is aggrieved.

(3.) The plaintiff has filed the instant miscellaneous appeal challenging that part of the impugned order by which the plaintiff's prayer for temporary injunction in respect of the 'B' schedule property, was refused by the learned Trial Court.
