JUDGEMENT

(1.) Two writ petitions are taken up for hearing analogously as both relates to immovable property.

(2.) W.P. 5539(W) of 2016 is filed by Bank Authority. W.P. 30245(W) of 2015 is filed by a natural person.

(3.) The bank authority claims security interest over an immovable property and seeks to proceed under the Sarfaesi Act, 2002 in respect thereof.
