JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is very unfortunate that the child was made a pawn in the hands of the parents. The contemnor has created obstruction in working out the interim arrangements made with regard to the custody of the child otherwise there should have been no necessity to file this contempt application. The main custody matter is pending in the Civil Court.

(2.) The child is having a good academic record. This court expects the trial court in considering the custody matter to take into consideration the aforesaid aspect and dispose of the custody matter finally keeping in view the welfare of the child.

(3.) It is recorded that the custody of the child has been handed over to the father in court.
