JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner at present is the teacher -in -charge of Burdwan Municipal Girls

(2.) High School. Her complaint is against the appointment of the respondent no.8 as the headmistress of the same school. The Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission appears to be the appropriate authority for taking decision on such approval, as it is pointed out by Mr. De, learned Counsel for the State.

(3.) No one appears on behalf of the Chairman, West Bengal Regional School Service Commission in spite of service. The Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission however has not been impleaded as a party -respondent. Two affidavits of service, both affirmed by one Dwijendralal Banerjee on 9th May, 2016 and 24th May, 2016 have been submitted showing service on the Chairman, Regional School Service Commission, Eastern Region.
