JUDGEMENT

(1.) At the time when we took up this appeal for hearing, some typographical mistake was detected in the order dated 9th September, 2016. The number of the premises which was mentioned in the 3rd line of the 2nd paragraph at page 3 of the order dated 9th September, 2016 was wrongly mentioned as 57, Shibtala Street, Shibpur, Howrah instead of the correct premises number being premises No. 57, Shibtala Lane, Shibpur, Howrah.

(2.) We thus, direct that the number of the premises being 57, Shibtala Street, Shibpur, Howrah which was mentioned in the 3rd line of the 2nd paragraph at page 3 of the order dated 9th September, 2016 will be read as 57, Shibtala Lane, Shibpur, Howrah.

(3.) The order dated 9th September, 2016 is corrected accordingly.
