JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner apprehending arrest in connection with Daspur Police Station Case No. 282/2015 dated 08/12/2015 under Sections 341/323/325 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27/27A of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, has filed this application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

(2.) Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with this case and the petitioner is in no way connected with the offence alleged in the F.I.R.

(3.) It is further stated that admittedly a scuffle took place between the shop owner and the petitioner but the allegations levelled against the present petitioner are all bailable in nature.
