JUDGEMENT

(1.) The assessee has come up in appeal under Sec. 260A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') against an order of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, 'C' - Bench, Kolkata dated 7th July, 2005 in ITA Nos. 1421, 1422 and 1423 (Kolkata) of 2004 for the assessment years 1990 -91, 1991 -92 and 1992 -93.
