JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is against a judgment and order dated 1st November 2000 passed by the learned Single Judge allowing the Suit in C.S. No. 378 of 1995.

(2.) The respondent No. 1 filed the said suit against the original appellant, Gopal Das Bagree, since deceased, claiming the following reliefs: - -

(3.) The short question in this appeal is whether the suit property was brought into the stock of the partnership firm Broadway Centre or whether the defendant in the suit/the original appellant continued to remain the owner thereof.
