JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revisional application under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 at the instance of the petitioners who were accused persons in complaint Case No.79C of 2005 is for quashing the said case corresponding to T. R. No. 275 of 2005.

(2.) The said complaint case was brought by the present opposite party/ respondent No.1 against the present petitioners for alleged offence under Sections 379/504 of the Indian Penal Code.
