RABINDRA BHARATI UNIVERSITY Vs. STATE OF WEST BENGAL

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application praying for direction upon the respondents, especially the respondent nos. 5 and 6 to provide police posting at the main campus of the Rabindra Bharati University and to ensure free ingress and egress in all the campuses for the officials.

(2.) Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Copy of the same is handed over to the learned counsels for the other side.

(3.) A copy of a complaint dtd. 26/3/2025 purportedly lodged by the Security Officer to the Vice-Chancellor of the Rabindra Bharati University before the Officer-in-Charge of Girish Park Police Station, as filed in Court, is also taken on record.
