(2.) Matter is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and the West Bengal Central School Service Commission (for short, 'Commission ').

(3.) Petitioner participated in the selection process for being appointed as Assistant Teacher in connection with 2nd State Level Selection Test, 2025 for classes XI-XII by submitting online application form.
