JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner alleges that several persons have been enrolled as members of the 10th respondent/Cooperative Housing Society, who are not ex-service men.

(2.) In this regard, representation has been given pointing out one instance, namely, one Umesh Kumar Singh/the 9th respondent. The petitioner in the representation is admitted that the membership of the 9th respondent has already been cancelled.

(3.) The term of the elected Board of the Cooperative Housing Society has expired and the 11th respondent, namely, the Special Officer is in charge of the affairs of the Cooperative Housing Society.
