JUDGEMENT

(1.) In connection with a proceeding under Section 147 Cr. P.C., an order has been passed against the present petitioners which goes like this.

(2.) The petitioners challenged the said order in a criminal revision before the Sessions court and the revisional court affirmed the order passed against them. Hence, this criminal revision.

(3.) Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties and considered their respective submissions. Perused the impugned order.
