JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revisional application is directed against the order no. 56 dated 25th June, 2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Alipore in Ejectment Suit No. 14 of 2012, by which an application for recalling the first witness of the plaintiffs is allowed.

(2.) The parties to the proceeding have been subjected to several round of litigation up to the Apex Court. The Apex Court directed the Trial Court to make efforts to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the year 2015.

(3.) The Eviction Suit reached the stage of trial, when the first witness of the plaintiffs was being cross-examined by the defendant/opposite party. The cross-examination could not be concluded and the Court fixed the next date for further cross-examination on 16th February, 2015.
