JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties.

(2.) THE petitioner is seeking bail in connection with a case relating to offences punishable under Sections 379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 21(c) of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

(3.) BY order dated August 13, 2014 a division bench of this Court, while rejecting an application for bail of this petitioner, interalia, requested the learned trial judge to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably by January, 2015.
