JUDGEMENT

(1.) While considering the application for injunction filed in connection with this first appeal, we thought it fit to dispose of the appeal itself.

(2.) Learned advocates appearing for both the parties also requested us to dispose of the appeal on the materials available before us by dispensing with the requirement of filing of paper books in this appeal.

(3.) Accordingly, we have heard the learned advocates on the merit of the appeal.
