JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal was posted for admission hearing under Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

(2.) NOTICES were issued to the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 as well as to the State of West Bengal to show cause as to why the appeal against acquittal would not be admitted.

(3.) THE assailed judgement was delivered on 28.02.2014 in which the Learned Trial Judge acquitted all the accused persons, who are now the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 before this Court in respect of the charge punishable under Section 376(2)(g) of the Indian Penal Code.
