JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision is directed against an Order No. 4 dated 23rd July, 2004 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), 9th Court at Alipore in Title Execution Case No. 8 of 2004.

(2.) The plaintiffs in a suit for partition are the petitioners before this Court.

(3.) The partition suit being Title Suit No. 85 of 1977 was finally disposed of in terms of a final decree passed on 30th June, 1995. The said decree was put into execution giving rise to Title Execution Case No. 11 of 1995.
