(2.) The grievance of the petitioner relates to installation of CCTV Cameras at the address being 17B, Dr. Sarat Bannerjee Road, Kolkata - 700029. The petitioner claims that her privacy as well as business is being jeopardized because of the presence of such CCTV Cameras.

(3.) The petitioner, if she is in possession, will deactivate the CCTV Cameras at 17B, Dr. Sarat Bannerjee Road, Kolkata - 700029.
