JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is the de facto complainant of a case relating to the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, which is now pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas.

(2.) THE petitioner has approached this court for a direction for expeditious conclusion of the trial.

(3.) CONSIDERING the nature of relief sought for this court is of the opinion this application can be disposed of without requiring service of notice upon the opposite party and that would not cause any prejudice it.
