JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE instant appeal is directed against the Judgment and Order of conviction passed in Session Trial No.28(7)2006 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court V, Malda on 15th November, 2006 and 16th November, 2006 convicting the appellant/petitioner under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. He is also sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for life and pay a fine of Rs.5000/ - and in default to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two years.
