JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellants preferred the instant appeal assailing the Judgment and Order of conviction passed in Sessions Trial No. 6(2) 2004 by the Learned Sessions Judge, 3rd Fast Track Court, Malda on 4th day of September, 2006 convicting the appellants/petitioners under Sections 307/450/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. They are sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for 10 (ten) years each and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- each in default to suffer 1 (one) year Rigorous Imprisonment each for committing the offence punishable us/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) In course of trial the prosecution examined as many as 17 (seventeen) witnesses .
