JUDGEMENT

(1.) Two petitioners seek injunction against the respondent restraining it from invoking two bank guarantees.

(2.) The petition was sought to be moved ex-parte. At the time when the petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent appeared and wanted a copy of the petition. A copy of the petition was served upon the learned counsel for the respondent in Court.

(3.) The facts are such that I propose to dispose of the petition itself without inviting any affidavits. I have not called upon the respondent to address me.
