JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE appellant is aggrieved by an order of a single Judge dated December 19, 2013 passed in her WP No.36859 (W) of 2013. In her pending appeal AST No.13 of 2014 she has filed the CAN No.645 of 2014 for interim reliefs.

(2.) BY a letter dated October 8, 2013, CAN p.41, the authority concerned, a respondent in the case, informed the appellant that an allotment of a plot (mentioned in the letter) previously made in her favour had been cancelled. Feeling aggrieved the appellant filed the WP.
