JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE legality of the order dated 6th May, 2013 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P. 12385(W) of 2013 has been questioned in the intra court appeal.

(2.) AFTER notice was issued, prayer was made by the petitioners to liquidate the dues in equal installments.

(3.) AS it is open to the petitioners to raise the grievance under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 for appropriate relief, no case for interference is made out in the writ jurisdiction of this Court.
