JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application for contempt of Court under the Contempt of Court s Act in connection with S.A. No. 18 of 1987.

(2.) THE applicant in the present application as alleged that the appellant of S.A. No. 18 of 1987 has wilfully and deliberately and in continuous disobedience, violated the order passed by His Lordship the Hon ble Justice J.N. Hore on September 1st, 1992.

(3.) THE case of the applicant in the present contempt petition is that the contemnor / respondent having full knowledge of the order of the hon ble High Court harvested the entire paddy on December 12th, 2012 wilfully, deliberate and continuous disobedience of con -compliance of the order impugned and as such has violated the order of the Hon ble Court.
