JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against udgement and order dated August 19, 2010 passed by the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal, in O. A. No. 3060 of 2003 (LRTT).

(2.) THIS case has a chequered history.

(3.) INITIALLY , two barga proceedings were initiated by Jagannath and Gourhari, inter alia, for recording their names as the bargadars in relation to those plots of lands under the said owners. The proceedings were registered as case no. 21 of 1997 and case no. 22 of 1997 before the Block Land Reforms Officer, Bhagabanpur -I.
