JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal arose out of judgment and order of conviction dated 21.5.2013 and 23.5.2013 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Birbhum, Rampurhat in Sessions Case No. 115 of 2011 thereby convicting the appellant for commission of offence under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code, for six years.
