JUDGEMENT

(1.) Though there was enormous delay in filing this appeal by the State-respondents but we condone the delay in filing this appeal as we, after hearing the Learned Advocates of the parties, find that an arguable case has been made out by the appellants in this appeal. Accordingly, delay in filing the appeal is condoned.

(2.) The application for condonation of delay thus, stands allowed.

(3.) Let the appeal now be registered.
