JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE twelve petitioners in the WPST under Article 226 of the Constitution of India dated November 25, 2014 are questioning an order of the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal dated October 31, 2014 refusing them interim relief in their pending OA No.990 of 2014.

(3.) THE thing dated July 9, 2014 referred to in the interim relief prayer was actually a notice dated July 9, 2014 issued by the Dy Director of Health Services (Nursing), West Bengal. It was given inviting applications in prescribed form from candidates eligible to receive Trainee Reserved Sponsorship Certificate for the session 2014 -16 in Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing course and M.Sc. Nursing course.
