JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS mandamus appeal was filed beyond the prescribed period of limitation. There was 50 days delay in filing this appeal. Reason for the delay has been explained by the appellants to the satisfaction of this Court.

(2.) ACCORDINGLY , delay in filing this appeal is condoned.
