JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE respondents are not represented despite previous service.

(2.) THE receiver has not been able to make an inventory of the asset since the asset was not available where the receiver was taken. Let the matter appear four weeks hence for the petitioner to locate the asset and cause the receiver to make an inventory thereof. In the event the inventory is not completed by the time the matter is taken up next, the petition may be disposed of without any further order.

(3.) THE petitioner reports that an award has been passed in the petitioner's favour on May 8, 2014. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
