JUDGEMENT

(1.) YESTERDAY , this case was called on, but none appeared on behalf of the petitioner even though the learned Advocate, Mr. Purnasish Gupta appeared on behalf of the Opposite Party Nos. 9 and 10.

(2.) HEARD Mr. Gupta. No affidavit of service has been filed in spite of the order dated 11.2.2014. Considering this attitude of the present petitioner, let this case be decided on merits exercising the revisional jurisdiction of this Court.
