JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India in which the order no. 67 dated 9.1.2014 as passed by the learned Civil Judge, Jr. Division, 1st Additional Court at Contai, District Purba Medinipur as passed in Title Execution Case No. 10 of 2007 arising out of Title Suit No. 69 of 2007 (Title Suit No. 399 of 1978) has been assailed before this Court.

(2.) HEARD the learned Counsel, Mr. Samiran Giri, appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr. Amit Baran Das, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties.
