JUDGEMENT

(1.) The subject matter of challenge in this writ petition is an impugned award passed in Case No.04/2012 under Section 2-A(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 by the Second Labour Court.

(2.) The reference was dismissed on the ground that the application has been filed beyond the period of three years from the date of alleged termination.

(3.) The writ petitioner was an employee of the opposite party No.3 since January, 1983 till July 31, 2005.
