JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present appeal is directed against the judgment dated 20.12.2012 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 9th Court at Alipore, 24 Parganas (South) in money Suit No. 31/2011.

(2.) The Appellant Sri Ram Chandra Prasad is the plaintiff in the Suit and the Suit has been dismissed on contest. Hence, he has filed the present appeal.
