JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with a case relating to offence punishable under Section 21(b) of the N.D.P.S Act, Sections 18(b)/27 of the Drug and Cosmetic Act and Section 420 of the Indian Penal Act.

(2.) The learned Advocate representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein is in custody for last 61 days. The learned Advocate of the petitioner further submits that several bottles of branded cough syrup were allegedly recovered from the custody of the petitioner.

(3.) The learned Advocate for the State does not dispute the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner.
