JUDGEMENT

(1.) With the consent of the learned Counsel appearing for the parties, we add Smt. Saraswati Ghosh, being the widow of the deceased, Sagar Chandra Ghosh, as party respondent in the appeal since she is an added party respondent in the writ petition.

(2.) The learned advocate-on-record of the appellants is directed to add the name of Smt. Saraswati Ghosh as party respondent in the cause title of the memo of appeal as well as in the stay application in course of the day.

(3.) The legality of the interlocutory order dated 10.4.2014 passed by the Single Bench in W. P. 33223 (W) of 2013 has been questioned in the intra court appeal.
